Genuine blue sapphire & diamond necklace in 18kt white gold. There is one oval shape genuine blue sapphire that measures about 5x4 mm in size, about 0.48 carats and there is one round natural-mined diamond that is about 0.03 carats, VS1-2 in clarity and G-H in color. The chain is adjustable and can be worn between 16" inch or 18" inch. It weighs about 2.27 grams. This is a great necklace for wearing alone or layering with other necklaces.
